Illumina has recently finished working with immersive theatre pioneers Punchdrunk, creating a web-app for smart phones as part of a digital research project based on around the story of Bluebeard. It delves into new territory, exploring a world where gaming meets live performance and installation. Played out on the campus grounds and buildings of the Rose Bruford Performance College, the web-app provided the audience (the game players) with game dashboards displaying progress, a point system for credits and experience, plot based messages and location context events. Also developed was a web-based admin application for the gamesmasters to direct and stage manage performers and monitor players progress through the game from a central backstage location.

Illumina Scotland recently created a Facebook App for Orange RockCorps France to coincide with a big music event featuring the Ting Tings in Paris.
The App, created, tested and implemented successfully in a tight one week turnaround, connects the Orange RockCorps France Facebook site with the existing Content Management System created by Illumina Scotland in 2011, to capture new registrants for volunteering projects across France.

Illumina Scotland recently created a set of Facebook Apps and accompanying CMS tools for new projects being delivered by our clients, RockCorps, in South America.
The RockCorps project, entitled 'Tiempo Para Compartir' comprises three Facebook Apps for Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela each with an accompanying version of our previously created Toolbox CMS to manage user data, communications and publication to apps.
